PENGUBAHAN
HAD PELABUHAN

PADA menjalankan kuasa-kuasa yang diberi oleh subseksyen (3) seksyen 6 Ordinan
Perkapalan Saudagar 1952,
Menteri membuat pengubahan-pengubahan yang berikut
kepada had-had pelabuhan yang dinyatakan dalam Jadual Pertama Pemberitahuan Undang- Undang No. 73 tahun
1953: (a)
dengan menggantikan had-had pelabuhan Kota Bharu sebagaimana ditafsirkan dalam ruang kedua
butiran 43 dengan yang berikut— “The area enclosed by the
following lines— (A)
Commencing from a point on the coast at Latitude 06° 11.6' N to a point in
Longitude 102° 11.4' E from there due North to (B)
Latitude 06° 17.6' N to a point in Longitude 102° 11.4′ from there due to (C)
Latitude 06° 16.0′ N to a point in Longitude 102° 17.0′ E from there due South to (D)
Latitude 06° 11.6′ N to a point in Longitude 102° 17.0′ E then following the
coastline to Latitude 06° 11.6′ N and
including the Kelantan River up to the point where the horizontal
line along Latitude 06° 07.5′ N
crosses the said river and all other navigable rivers and
tributaries flowing into these waters and all
piers, jetties, wharves,
landing places, quays, dock and other similar
works whether within or without the high-water
marks and any portion of shore or bank within 45.72 metres
of the high-water mark subject to any rights of private
property therein.”; dan (b)
